</subsection>
<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0" id="id3478f07a-ec39-11e5-b01e-e2270cb35279" identifier="/us/usc/t49/s1304/b"><num value="b">(b)</num><heading> Rate Case Review Metrics.—</heading><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id3478f07b-ec39-11e5-b01e-e2270cb35279" identifier="/us/usc/t49/s1304/b/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><heading> <inline class="small-caps">Quarterly reports</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>The Board shall post a quarterly report of rail rate review cases pending or completed by the Board during the previous quarter that includes—</chapeau><subparagraph style="-uslm-lc:I13" class="indent2" id="id3478f07c-ec39-11e5-b01e-e2270cb35279" identifier="/us/usc/t49/s1304/b/1/A"><num value="A">(A)</num><content> summary information of the case, including the docket number, case name, commodity or commodities involved, and rate review guideline or guidelines used;</content>
</subparagraph>
<subparagraph style="-uslm-lc:I13" class="indent2" id="id3478f07d-ec39-11e5-b01e-e2270cb35279" identifier="/us/usc/t49/s1304/b/1/B"><num value="B">(B)</num><content> the date on which the rate review proceeding began;</content>
</subparagraph>
<subparagraph style="-uslm-lc:I13" class="indent2" id="id3478f07e-ec39-11e5-b01e-e2270cb35279" identifier="/us/usc/t49/s1304/b/1/C"><num value="C">(C)</num><content> the date for the completion of discovery;</content>
</subparagraph>
<subparagraph style="-uslm-lc:I13" class="indent2" id="id3478f07f-ec39-11e5-b01e-e2270cb35279" identifier="/us/usc/t49/s1304/b/1/D"><num value="D">(D)</num><content> the date for the completion of the evidentiary record;</content>
</subparagraph>
<subparagraph style="-uslm-lc:I13" class="indent2" id="id3478f080-ec39-11e5-b01e-e2270cb35279" identifier="/us/usc/t49/s1304/b/1/E"><num value="E">(E)</num><content> the date for the submission of closing briefs;</content>
</subparagraph>
<subparagraph style="-uslm-lc:I13" class="indent2" id="id3478f081-ec39-11e5-b01e-e2270cb35279" identifier="/us/usc/t49/s1304/b/1/F"><num value="F">(F)</num><content> the date on which the Board issued the final decision; and</content>
</subparagraph>
<subparagraph style="-uslm-lc:I13" class="indent2" id="id3478f082-ec39-11e5-b01e-e2270cb35279" identifier="/us/usc/t49/s1304/b/1/G"><num value="G">(G)</num><content> a brief summary of the final decision;</content>
</subparagraph>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id3478f083-ec39-11e5-b01e-e2270cb35279" identifier="/us/usc/t49/s1304/b/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><heading> <inline class="small-caps">Website posting</inline>.—</heading><content>Each quarterly report shall be posted on the Board’s public website.</content>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0" id="id3478f084-ec39-11e5-b01e-e2270cb35279" identifier="/us/usc/t49/s1304/c"><num value="c">(c)</num><heading> Complaints.—</heading><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id3478f085-ec39-11e5-b01e-e2270cb35279" identifier="/us/usc/t49/s1304/c/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><heading> <inline class="small-caps">In general</inline>.—</heading><content>The Board shall establish and maintain a database of complaints received by the Board.</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id3478f086-ec39-11e5-b01e-e2270cb35279" identifier="/us/usc/t49/s1304/c/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><heading> <inline class="small-caps">Quarterly reports</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>The Board shall post a quarterly report of formal and informal service complaints received by the Board during the previous quarter that includes—</chapeau><subparagraph style="-uslm-lc:I13" class="indent2" id="id3478f087-ec39-11e5-b01e-e2270cb35279" identifier="/us/usc/t49/s1304/c/2/A"><num value="A">(A)</num><content> the date on which the complaint was received by the Board;</content>
</subparagraph>
<subparagraph style="-uslm-lc:I13" class="indent2" id="id3478f088-ec39-11e5-b01e-e2270cb35279" identifier="/us/usc/t49/s1304/c/2/B"><num value="B">(B)</num><content> a list of the type of each complaint;</content>
</subparagraph>
<subparagraph style="-uslm-lc:I13" class="indent2" id="id3478f089-ec39-11e5-b01e-e2270cb35279" identifier="/us/usc/t49/s1304/c/2/C"><num value="C">(C)</num><content> the geographic region of each complaint; and</content>
</subparagraph>
<subparagraph style="-uslm-lc:I13" class="indent2" id="id3478f08a-ec39-11e5-b01e-e2270cb35279" identifier="/us/usc/t49/s1304/c/2/D"><num value="D">(D)</num><content> the resolution of each complaint, if appropriate.</content>
