<chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">In this chapter, the following definitions apply:</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id3d6a954f-7fa1-11ec-9118-e82f24c6522f" identifier="/us/usc/t49/s6301/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><heading> <inline class="small-caps">Bureau</inline>.—</heading><content>The term “Bureau” means the Bureau of Transportation Statistics established by section 6302(a).</content>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I22" class="indent1"><num value="3">“(3)</num><content> A regulation, order, or other administrative action in effect under a section 111 provision continues in effect under the corresponding chapter 63 provision.</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I22" class="indent1"><num value="4">“(4)</num><content> An action taken or an offense committed under a section 111 provision is deemed to have been taken or committed under the corresponding chapter 63 provision.”</content>
