<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id7a20f9e0-8841-11e3-a17e-af2311883083" identifier="/us/usc/t5/s577"><num value="577">§ 577.</num><heading> Arbitrators</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0" id="id7a20f9e1-8841-11e3-a17e-af2311883083" identifier="/us/usc/t5/s577/a"><num value="a">(a)</num><content> The parties to an arbitration proceeding shall be entitled to participate in the selection of the arbitrator.</content>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0" id="id7a20f9e2-8841-11e3-a17e-af2311883083" identifier="/us/usc/t5/s577/b"><num value="b">(b)</num><content> The arbitrator shall be a neutral who meets the criteria of <ref href="/us/usc/t5/s573">section 573 of this title</ref>.</content>
