L. 92–526</ref> substituted provisions authorizing to be appropriated necessary sums not in excess of $760,000 for fiscal year ending <date date=\"1974-06-30\">June 30, 1974</date>, $805,000 for fiscal year ending <date date=\"1975-06-30\">June 30, 1975</date>, $850,000 for fiscal year ending <date date=\"1976-06-30\">June 30, 1976</date>, $900,000 for fiscal year ending <date date=\"1977-06-30\">June 30, 1977</date>, and $950,000 for fiscal year ending <date date=\"1978-06-30\">June 30, 1978</date>, and each fiscal year thereafter, for provisions authorizing to be appropriated necessary sums, not in excess of $450,000 per annum.</p>\n<p style=\"-uslm-lc:I21\" class=\"indent0\">1969—<ref href=\"/us/pl/91/164\">Pub.
