<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id59261f82-d2f2-11e9-8bc3-c6fdab7b720a" identifier="/us/usc/t5/s808"><num value="808">§ 808.</num><heading> Effective date of certain rules</heading>
<chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">Notwithstanding section 801—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id59261f83-d2f2-11e9-8bc3-c6fdab7b720a" identifier="/us/usc/t5/s808/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> any rule that establishes, modifies, opens, closes, or conducts a regulatory program for a commercial, recreational, or subsistence activity related to hunting, fishing, or camping, or</content>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id59261f84-d2f2-11e9-8bc3-c6fdab7b720a" identifier="/us/usc/t5/s808/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> any rule which an agency for good cause finds (and incorporates the finding and a brief statement of reasons therefor in the rule issued) that notice and public procedure thereon are impracticable, unnecessary, or contrary to the public interest,</content>
</paragraph>

<continuation style="-uslm-lc:I10" class="indent0 firstIndent0">shall take effect at such time as the Federal agency promulgating the rule determines.</continuation>
