<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id1a9ceff7-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00" identifier="/us/usc/t6/s141"><num value="141">§ 141.</num><heading> Procedures for sharing information</heading>
<chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The Secretary shall establish procedures on the use of information shared under this subchapter that—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id1a9ceff8-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00" identifier="/us/usc/t6/s141/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> limit the redissemination of such information to ensure that it is not used for an unauthorized purpose;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id1a9ceff9-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00" identifier="/us/usc/t6/s141/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> ensure the security and confidentiality of such information;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id1a9ceffa-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00" identifier="/us/usc/t6/s141/3"><num value="3">(3)</num><content> protect the constitutional and statutory rights of any individuals who are subjects of such information; and</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id1a9ceffb-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00" identifier="/us/usc/t6/s141/4"><num value="4">(4)</num><content> provide data integrity through the timely removal and destruction of obsolete or erroneous names and information.</content>
