<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id59be7755-f67c-11e5-b96b-f3e1d2b9a904" identifier="/us/usc/t6/s203"><num value="203">§ 203.</num><heading> Functions transferred</heading>
<chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">In accordance with subchapter XII (relating to transition provisions), there shall be transferred to the Secretary the functions, personnel, assets, and liabilities of—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id59be7756-f67c-11e5-b96b-f3e1d2b9a904" identifier="/us/usc/t6/s203/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> the United States Customs Service of the Department of the Treasury, including the functions of the Secretary of the Treasury relating thereto;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id59be7757-f67c-11e5-b96b-f3e1d2b9a904" identifier="/us/usc/t6/s203/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> the Transportation Security Administration of the Department of Transportation, including the functions of the Secretary of Transportation, and of the Under Secretary of Transportation for Security, relating thereto;</content>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id59be7758-f67c-11e5-b96b-f3e1d2b9a904" identifier="/us/usc/t6/s203/3"><num value="3">(3)</num><content> the Federal Protective Service of the General Services Administration, including the functions of the Administrator of General Services relating thereto;</content>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id59be7759-f67c-11e5-b96b-f3e1d2b9a904" identifier="/us/usc/t6/s203/4"><num value="4">(4)</num><content> the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center of the Department of the Treasury; and</content>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id59be775a-f67c-11e5-b96b-f3e1d2b9a904" identifier="/us/usc/t6/s203/5"><num value="5">(5)</num><content> the Office for Domestic Preparedness of the Office of Justice Programs, including the functions of the Attorney General relating thereto.</content>
