<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id59c81438-f67c-11e5-b96b-f3e1d2b9a904" identifier="/us/usc/t6/s291/b"><num value="b" class="bold">(b)</num><heading class="bold"> Prohibition</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The authority provided by <ref href="/us/usc/t6/s542">section 542 of this title</ref> may be used to reorganize functions or organizational units within the Bureau of Border Security or the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services, but may not be used to recombine the two bureaus into a single agency or otherwise to combine, join, or consolidate functions or organizational units of the two bureaus with each other.</p>
