<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id1ac7cf46-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00" identifier="/us/usc/t6/s467/b"><num value="b" class="bold">(b)</num><heading class="bold"> Disclosures among relevant agencies</heading><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I79" class="indent3 firstIndent-2" id="id1ac7cf47-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00" identifier="/us/usc/t6/s467/b/1"><num value="1" class="bold">(1)</num><heading class="bold"> In general</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1">Full disclosure among relevant agencies shall be made in accordance with this subsection.</p>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I79" class="indent3 firstIndent-2" id="id1ac7cf48-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00" identifier="/us/usc/t6/s467/b/2"><num value="2" class="bold">(2)</num><heading class="bold"> Public health emergency</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1">During the period in which the Secretary of Health and Human Services has declared the existence of a public health emergency under section 319(a) of the Public Health Service Act (<ref href="/us/usc/t42/s247d/a">42 U.S.C. 247d(a)</ref>), the Secretary of Health and Human Services shall keep relevant agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, fully and currently informed.</p>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I79" class="indent3 firstIndent-2" id="id1ac7cf49-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00" identifier="/us/usc/t6/s467/b/3"><num value="3" class="bold">(3)</num><heading class="bold"> Potential public health emergency</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1">In cases involving, or potentially involving, a public health emergency, but in which no determination of an emergency by the Secretary of Health and Human Services under section 319(a) of the Public Health Service Act (<ref href="/us/usc/t42/s247d/a">42 U.S.C. 247d(a)</ref>), has been made, all relevant agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, shall keep the Secretary of Health and Human Services and the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention fully and currently informed.</p>
