L. 110–53, title IV, § 405, Aug. 3, 2007, 121 Stat. 303.)","seq_in_title":362,"parent_identifier":"/us/usc/t6/ch2/schII/ptA","ancestors":[{"identifier":"/us/usc/t6","level":"title","num":"Title 6—","heading":"DOMESTIC SECURITY","status":null,"is_section":false},{"identifier":"/us/usc/t6/ch2","level":"chapter","num":"CHAPTER 2—","heading":"NATIONAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT","status":null,"is_section":false},{"identifier":"/us/usc/t6/ch2/schII","level":"subchapter","num":"SUBCHAPTER II—","heading":"COMPREHENSIVE PREPAREDNESS SYSTEM","status":null,"is_section":false},{"identifier":"/us/usc/t6/ch2/schII/ptA","level":"part","num":"Part A—","heading":"National Preparedness System","status":null,"is_section":false}],"xml":"<section xmlns=\"http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0\" xmlns:xsi=\"http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance\" xmlns:dc=\"http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/\" xmlns:dcterms=\"http://purl.org/dc/terms/\" style=\"-uslm-lc:I80\" id=\"id1aedcf45-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t6/s751\"><num value=\"751\">§ 751.</num><heading> Federal response capability inventory</heading><subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id1aedcf46-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t6/s751/a\"><num value=\"a\" class=\"bold\">(a)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> In general</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">In accordance with <ref href=\"/us/usc/t42/s5196/h/1/C\">section 5196(h)(1)(C) of title 42</ref>, the Administrator shall accelerate the completion of the inventory of Federal response capabilities.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id1aedcf47-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t6/s751/b\"><num value=\"b\" class=\"bold\">(b)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Contents</heading><chapeau>For each Federal agency with responsibilities under the National Response Plan, the inventory shall include—</chapeau><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id1aedcf48-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t6/s751/b/1\"><num value=\"1\">(1)</num><chapeau> for each capability—</chapeau><subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id1aedcf49-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t6/s751/b/1/A\"><num value=\"A\">(A)</num><content> the performance parameters of the capability;</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id1aedcf4a-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t6/s751/b/1/B\"><num value=\"B\">(B)</num><content> the timeframe within which the capability can be brought to bear on an incident; and</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id1aedcf4b-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t6/s751/b/1/C\"><num value=\"C\">(C)</num><content> the readiness of the capability to respond to all hazards, including natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and other man-made disasters;</content>\n</subparagraph>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id1aedcf4c-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t6/s751/b/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><content> a list of personnel credentialed in accordance with <ref href=\"/us/usc/t6/s320\">section 320 of this title</ref>;</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id1aedcf4d-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t6/s751/b/3\"><num value=\"3\">(3)</num><content> a list of resources typed in accordance with <ref href=\"/us/usc/t6/s320\">section 320 of this title</ref>; and</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id1aedcf4e-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t6/s751/b/4\"><num value=\"4\">(4)</num><content> emergency communications assets maintained by the Federal Government and, if appropriate, State, local, and tribal governments and the private sector.</content>\n</paragraph>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id1aedcf4f-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t6/s751/c\"><num value=\"c\" class=\"bold\">(c)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Department of Defense</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">The Administrator, in coordination with the Secretary of Defense, shall develop a list of organizations and functions within the Department of Defense that may be used, pursuant to the authority provided under the National Response Plan and sections 5170a, 5170b, and 5192 of title 42, to provide support to civil authorities during natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and other man-made disasters.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id1aedcf50-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t6/s751/d\"><num value=\"d\" class=\"bold\">(d)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Database</heading><chapeau>The Administrator shall establish an inventory database to allow—</chapeau><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id1aedcf51-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t6/s751/d/1\"><num value=\"1\">(1)</num><chapeau> real-time exchange of information regarding—</chapeau><subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id1aedcf52-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t6/s751/d/1/A\"><num value=\"A\">(A)</num><content> capabilities;</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id1aedcf53-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t6/s751/d/1/B\"><num value=\"B\">(B)</num><content> readiness;</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id1aedcf54-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t6/s751/d/1/C\"><num value=\"C\">(C)</num><content> the compatibility of equipment;</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id1aedcf55-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t6/s751/d/1/D\"><num value=\"D\">(D)</num><content> credentialed personnel; and</content>\n</subparagraph>\n<subparagraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I13\" class=\"indent2\" id=\"id1aedcf56-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t6/s751/d/1/E\"><num value=\"E\">(E)</num><content> typed resources;</content>\n</subparagraph>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id1aedcf57-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t6/s751/d/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><content> easy identification and rapid deployment of capabilities, credentialed personnel, and typed resources during an incident; and</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id1aedcf58-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t6/s751/d/3\"><num value=\"3\">(3)</num><content> the sharing of the inventory described in subsection (a) with other Federal agencies, as appropriate.</content>\n</paragraph>\n</subsection>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id1aedcf59-a3d3-11e9-be6e-e752deae1f00\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/109/295/tVI/s651\">Pub.
