<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="idbddd19a8-aaf5-11e3-a8cb-a7a72594c0f9" identifier="/us/usc/t7/s1744"><num value="1744">§ 1744.</num><heading> Sale of commodities in set-aside; exemption from pricing limitations</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0" id="idbddd19a9-aaf5-11e3-a8cb-a7a72594c0f9" identifier="/us/usc/t7/s1744/a"><num value="a">(a)</num><content> The Corporation shall have authority to sell, without regard to <ref href="/us/usc/t7/s1743/a/7">section 1743(a)(7) of this title</ref>, any commodity covered by the commodity set-aside for the purpose of rotating stocks or consolidating inventories, any such sale to be offset by purchase of the same commodity in a substantially equivalent quantity or of a substantially equivalent value.</content>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0" id="idbddd19aa-aaf5-11e3-a8cb-a7a72594c0f9" identifier="/us/usc/t7/s1744/b"><num value="b">(b)</num><content> Dispositions pursuant to this chapter shall not be subject to the pricing limitations of <ref href="/us/usc/t7/s1427">section 1427 of this title</ref>.</content>
