Such cooperative projects should include, but not be limited to, projects to determine the economic feasibility of extraction and processing of latex and other critical agricultural materials produced in the United States.</p>\n</content><sourceCredit id=\"id69b374c7-ec38-11e5-ab42-dae4a1e80e35\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/95/592\">Pub.
