<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I22" class="indent1"><num value="3">“(3)</num><content> the extent to which the Commission believes it can effect the changes identified in paragraph (1) of this subsection through its exemptive authority under section 4(c) of the Act [<ref href="/us/usc/t7/s6/c">7 U.S.C. 6(c)</ref>]; and</content>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I21" class="indent0"><num value="c">“(c)</num><content> The Commission shall transmit to the Committee on Agriculture of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry of the Senate a report of the results of its study, which shall include an analysis of comments received.”</content>
