<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id69ba9fa8-ec38-11e5-ab42-dae4a1e80e35" identifier="/us/usc/t7/s228d"><num value="228d">§ 228d.</num><heading> Annual assessment of cattle and hog industries</heading>
<chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">Not later than March 1 of each year, the Secretary shall submit to Congress and make publicly available a report that—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id69ba9fa9-ec38-11e5-ab42-dae4a1e80e35" identifier="/us/usc/t7/s228d/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> assesses the general economic state of the cattle and hog industries;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id69ba9faa-ec38-11e5-ab42-dae4a1e80e35" identifier="/us/usc/t7/s228d/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> describes changing business practices in those industries; and</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id69ba9fab-ec38-11e5-ab42-dae4a1e80e35" identifier="/us/usc/t7/s228d/3"><num value="3">(3)</num><content> identifies market operations or activities in those industries that appear to raise concerns under this chapter.</content>
