For provisions of section 368 which provided for assistance and advice by the Secretary of Agriculture, see <ref href=\"/us/usc/t7/s361g\">section 361g of this title</ref>.</p>\n<p style=\"-uslm-lc:I21\" class=\"indent0\">Section 368a, <ref href=\"/us/act/1887-03-02/ch314/s5\">act Mar. 2, 1887, ch. 314, § 5</ref>, <ref href=\"/us/stat/24/441\">24 Stat. 441</ref>, as amended, was transferred to <ref href=\"/us/usc/t7/s361e\">section 361e of this title</ref>. For provisions of section 368a which authorized appropriations for investigations and experiments, see sections 361c and 361d of this title.</p>\n<p style=\"-uslm-lc:I21\" class=\"indent0\">Section 368b, <ref href=\"/us/act/1887-03-08/ch314/s9\">act Mar. 8, 1887, ch. 314, § 9</ref>, 24 Stat, 442, as amended, was transferred to <ref href=\"/us/usc/t7/s361i\">section 361i of this title</ref>.
