Except as provided in the preceding sentence, nothing in this Act shall be construed as affecting provisions of the Agricultural Adjustment Act, as amended, other than those enumerated in section 1 of <ref href=\"/us/act/1937-06-03/ch296\">Act of June 3, 1937, ch. 296</ref>, <ref href=\"/us/stat/50/246\">50 Stat. 246</ref>.
