L. 90–487, § 1</ref>, <date date=\"1968-08-15\">Aug. 15, 1968</date>, <ref href=\"/us/stat/82/761\">82 Stat. 761</ref>.</p>\n<p style=\"-uslm-lc:I21\" class=\"indent0\">Section 80, <ref href=\"/us/act/1916-08-11/ch313\">act Aug. 11, 1916, ch. 313</ref>, pt. B, § 7 (part), <ref href=\"/us/stat/39/484\">39 Stat. 484</ref>, provided for revocation and suspension of licenses issued by the Secretary of Agriculture. See <ref href=\"/us/usc/t7/s85\">section 85 of this title</ref>.</p>\n<p style=\"-uslm-lc:I21\" class=\"indent0\">Section 81, <ref href=\"/us/act/1916-08-11/ch313\">act Aug. 11, 1916, ch. 313</ref>, pt. B, § 7 (part), <ref href=\"/us/stat/39/484\">39 Stat. 484</ref>, prohibited the existence of an interest, financial or otherwise, direct or indirect, on the part of inspectors in grain elevators or warehouses or in the merchandising of grain. See <ref href=\"/us/usc/t7/s87\">section 87 of this title</ref>.</p>\n<p style=\"-uslm-lc:I21\" class=\"indent0\">Section 82, <ref href=\"/us/act/1916-08-11/ch313\">act Aug. 11, 1916, ch. 313</ref>, pt.
