<chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="blockIndent0">In this chapter:</chapeau><paragraph class="indent1" id="id94d79097-f639-11e2-8470-abc29ba29c4d" identifier="/us/usc/t7/s8201/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><heading> Eligible orchardist</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1">The term “eligible orchardist” means a person that produces annual crops from trees for commercial purposes.</p>
