<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id50a35c68-bf32-11e3-b5d9-a54f02b4e3bf" identifier="/us/usc/t7/s905"><num value="905">§ 905.</num><heading> Fees for certain loan guarantees</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id50a35c69-bf32-11e3-b5d9-a54f02b4e3bf" identifier="/us/usc/t7/s905/a"><num value="a" class="bold">(a)</num><heading class="bold"> In general</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">For electrification baseload generation loan guarantees, the Secretary shall, at the request of the borrower, charge an upfront fee to cover the costs of the loan guarantee.</p>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id50a35c6a-bf32-11e3-b5d9-a54f02b4e3bf" identifier="/us/usc/t7/s905/b"><num value="b" class="bold">(b)</num><heading class="bold"> Fee</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The fee described in subsection (a) for a loan guarantee shall be equal to the costs of the loan guarantee (within the meaning of <ref href="/us/usc/t2/s661a/5/C">section 661a(5)(C) of title 2</ref>).</p>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id50a5a65b-bf32-11e3-b5d9-a54f02b4e3bf" identifier="/us/usc/t7/s905/c"><num value="c" class="bold">(c)</num><heading class="bold"> Limitation</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">Funds received from a borrower to pay the fee described in this section shall not be derived from a loan or other debt obligation that is made or guaranteed by the Federal Government.</p>
