Comparing 114-115 to 116-29. The text of this section is identical at both release points. The stored XML differs by more than guids — whitespace, @temporalId, or another attribute that carries no words. This view diffs only the displayed text. The source-level redline shows the changed metadata as well.

Its guid did change, as it does at every release point: idadf0a1d3-ec38-11e5-9fc5-818d616f3d7fid40ee5a5d-a3d3-11e9-95d4-f3ff9237185e.

Savings Provision

Act Nov. 2, 1951, ch. 666, § 6, 65 Stat. 769, provided that any rights or liabilities now existing under former sections 200 to 200b of this title should not be affected by their repeal.

Source XML

This redline is of what the section says. The same comparison of the verbatim USLM — every attribute, including the @id guids that regenerate at every release point — is available as a source redline. It is computed only when you ask for it, because it is expensive to produce.
