§ 5901.

“Secretary” defined

As used in this chapter, the term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior, except as otherwise specifically provided.

“This Act [enacting this chapter and section 19o of this title, amending sections 1a–2, 1a–5, 1a–7, and 3 of this title, repealing section 17b–1 and subchapter IV of chapter 1 of this title, and enacting provisions set out as notes under this section and sections 1, 1a–5, 20, 470h–3, and 5951 of this title] may be cited as the ‘National Parks Omnibus Management Act of 1998’.”
