Savings Provision

Pub. L. 104–331, § 5(c),

, 110 Stat. 4072, provided that:
“The repeal under this section [repealing this section] shall not affect proceedings under such section 303 in which a complaint was filed before the effective date of this section [
Oct. 1, 1997
], and orders shall be issued in such proceedings and appeals shall be taken therefrom as if this section had not been enacted.”
