§ 61d.

Compensation of Chaplain of Senate

Effective with respect to pay periods beginning on or after
December 22, 1987
, the Chaplain of the Senate shall be compensated at a rate equal to the annual rate of basic pay for level IV of the Executive Schedule under section 5315 of title 5.
