§ 6603.

Authorization of appropriations

(a)

Grants to States and local educational agencies

For the purpose of carrying out part A, there are authorized to be appropriated $2,295,830,000 for each of fiscal years 2017 through 2020.

(b)

National activities

For the purpose of carrying out part B, there are authorized to be appropriated—

(1)

$468,880,575 for each of fiscal years 2017 and 2018;

(2)

$469,168,000 for fiscal year 2019; and

(3)

$489,168,000 for fiscal year 2020.
