§ 3108.

Authorization of appropriations

To carry out this chapter, there are authorized to be appropriated $4,400,000 for the fiscal year ending
September 30, 1980
, $4,500,000 for the fiscal year ending
September 30, 1981
, $4,000,000 for the fiscal year ending
September 30, 1982
, and such sums as may be necessary for any subsequent fiscal years.
