§ 5101.
Definition
In this chapter, the term “Capitol Buildings” means the United States Capitol, the Senate and House Office Buildings and garages, the Capitol Power Plant, all buildings on the real property described under section 5102(c) (including the Administrative Building of the United States Botanic Garden) 1

all buildings on the real property described under section 5102(d), all subways and enclosed passages connecting two or more of those structures, and the real property underlying and enclosed by any of those structures.

2003—Pub. L. 108–7 inserted “all buildings on the real property described under section 5102(c) (including the Administrative Building of the United States Botanic Garden),” after “Capitol Power Plant,”.
“Hereafter, the hearing room of the Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies of the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives (room 2358–C of the Rayburn House Office Building) shall be known and designated as the ‘David R. Obey Room’.”
Designating Small House Rotunda as “Freedom Foyer”
“The first floor of the area of the House of Representatives wing of the United States Capitol known as the small House rotunda is designated the ‘Freedom Foyer’.”
Designation of Great Hall of the Capitol Visitor Center as “Emancipation Hall”
The great hall of the Capitol Visitor Center shall be known and designated as ‘Emancipation Hall’, and any reference to the great hall in any law, rule, or regulation shall be deemed to be a reference to Emancipation Hall.
