Authorization of appropriations
(a)
Authorization of appropriations
There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this part—
(1)
the sum of $10,000,000 for the fiscal year ending on
September 30, 1981
; and
(2)
the sum equal to $10,000,000 minus the amount appropriated for the fiscal year ending on
September 30, 1981
, under the authorization contained in this section, for the fiscal year ending on September 30, 1982
.
(b)
Availability
Any funds appropriated under the authorization contained in this section shall remain available until expended.
