Establishment of margin protection program for dairy producers
Not later than
September 1, 2014
, the Secretary shall establish and administer a margin protection program for dairy producers under which participating dairy operations are paid a margin protection payment when actual dairy production margins are less than the threshold levels for a margin protection payment.
